Solidarity was a collaborative project between Lisa Macario and myself, emerged during the lockdown amidst the Black Lives Matter protests. Motivated by a desire to make a positive impact and contribute to the cause, we created a limited collection of art prints. Combining my screen printed heart with her machine embroidered signature handwriting.
The response to this collaborative creation was overwhelming, as all the prints sold out immediately. We were so happy the prints were received so well, with all of the money from each print going to the National Black Arts Alliance.
