About Me

Hi! I'm Eve, a maker of things from the ever beautiful South Wales. After getting my degree in Textiles with Business Studies (Specialising in Print Design) from the University of Brighton, I am now based in the creative city of London.

It doesn't take long to notice my work is always about fun and colour. I create because I love it, and I can only hope that my creations bring as much joy to others as they do to me.

I'm always eager to learn new skills, so you'll often find me with a few crafts on the go. I'm beyond excited to share all of my colourful creations with you! xx

Education

During my art foundation in Cardiff I fell in love with textiles, more specifically screen printing. I have always wanted to be in the fashion industry but up until that point hadn't looked past the role of fashion designer. After creating my first print I realised this is what I loved to do.

I attended the University of Brighton and studied Textiles with Business Studies, specialising in Print.

Work

I have had the opportunity to work at a range of amazing companies doing studio assistant/print assistant work. Some of these included Burberry, Jenny King, Lisa Macario, Sophie Darling and more.

I now work Hand & Lock, curating and maintaining their online store and website. I really enjoy getting into this technical side of the creative industry and am always expanding my knowledge of ecommerce.

Ethics

I just believe in being kind and treating people with respect. Everyone deserves to feel valued and be allowed to be who they are unapologetically.

A core part of Eve Lynch Designs is sustainability. The burden should not solely be on us to fix the world but if we are all making conscious efforts where we can then we are all doing our bit. When designing I always keep sustainability and ethics at the forefront of my mind when deciding on suppliers, materials and processes.
